IMMORIM announces the launch of a high-end residential project in the sought-after Tevragh Zeina neighborhood, featuring 40 modern apartments.
Nouakchott, March 5, 2026 — IMMORIM officially launches 'Résidence Tevragh Zeina,' a complex of 40 modern apartments in the heart of Nouakchott's most sought-after neighborhood.
The residence will offer 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments with high-end finishes: solid wood flooring, fitted kitchens, marble bathrooms, and private terraces.
"We wanted to create living spaces that meet the expectations of the most discerning Mauritanians," explained IMMORIM's technical director.
Reservations are open. First deliveries expected Q1 2028.
